CMA 8+ Classes (8 weeks)

$130.00

Welcome to the beginner’s woodworking course for CMA students ages 8 & up!

This is an 8 week course @ $65/month. It’s paid in full up front right here on our website.

In this class your student will learn:

  • shop & tool safety

  • proper tool technique

  • joinery methods

  • sanding technique

  • finishing methods

  • project planning & design

  • measuring and layout

  • & more!

For a full itinerary of the 8 week course, please just ask and we can email you the PDF.

There will be an opportunity to order a customized tool kit to fit everything they will be learning in this course. I’ll shop around and figure out the best and safest tool options for them to take home and work on projects under your supervision and allow their creativity to thrive.

After this course, we will offer the option to go further into the craft and continue to advance their knowledge in woodworking. Starting with the beginner’s course is a great way to try it out and see if it sparks their imagination or if they’d rather move onto something else after the course is up. We don’t want to lock someone into a class they aren’t interested in, but rather give options later to take more and more advanced classes as they build their knowledge and skills.
